Angelic Bundle

Many years ago I made a small wall hanging that hung on some really old shutters upstairs. The piece I made was actually a pattern designed by Cheri Saffiotte-Payne. Over the years it has become faded, so thoughts of making a new one came to mind. I wrote to Cheri not long ago asking for permission to use the background angel in her piece for something new I wanted to make. She was happy that part of her pattern would be revived. I hope you enjoy making this newer version of an old favorite. A dream my husband and I have always had is to have a cabin in the mountains, so one was appliqued on the body of the angel. Along with Gabriel, I made a small table rug and called her Glory. Last, there is a small rotary cutter holder project for you to enjoy. You'll notice it has a house, or if you use your imagination a little bit it could also be a cabin on the front.
